If the roadmap leaks is accurate then there will be four variants of the Tegra 4, three with a quad-core ARM Cortex A15 configuration, with clock speeds from 1.2 to 2.0GHz. The "SP3X" flavor appears to add LTE capabilities. The Tegra 4 would be late based on an Nvidia roadmap from a couple of years ago.
