The International Energy Agency has released energy statistics for the OECD through May 2011.
Nuclear generation was off 7.7% versus May 2010. (13 TWH less)
The pace of nuclear power generation is 1% below 2010 for January through May.
The United States was 15.8% below nuclear generation for May 2010.
Japan was down 35%.
U.S. nuclear generation in June was 4.5 percent lower than the same month in 2010. For the first half of 2011, U.S. nuclear stations generated 379.6 billion kWh, 3.9 percent lower than 2010. The June capacity factor was 89.7 percent compared to 93.9 percent in 2010 and 95.7 percent in 2009.

There have been a few nuclear reactors that were started in 2011.
Kaiga 4 (202 MW(e), PHWR, India) – first grid connection on 19 January
Chasnupp 2 (300 MW(e), PWR, Pakistan) – first grid connection on 14 March
Lingao 4 (1000 MW(e), PWR, China) – first grid connection on 3 May
India is expected to generate 8 TWH more nuclear power this year versus last year.
The Russian Kalinin 4 reactor is on track to start generation November, 2011
