A list of HTC smartphone rumors looks like the Boy Genius has found the HTC Desire HD. The HTC Desire HD will apparently be launched in Q4 this year, with an announcement possibly arriving here on September 15. It may run on Android 3.0.
The HTC Glacier is one of the more recent devices to be announced by HTC. The device was leaked on a T-Mobile internal benchmarking document that showed the device as three times faster than the 1GHz HTC Evo 4G. This led people to believe that the Glacier will have a faster processor – at least 1.5GHz. This is also backed up by the news that Qualcomm is working on a 1.5GHz processor to be released by the end of the year. There are also rumours that the Glacier will run a dual core processor that would be a whole new experience on a mobile phone. Few other HTC Glacier details have been released as yet, but we’re hoping for Android 3.0, a high-resolution, large touchscreen and HD video.
