The Tesla electric car company has released a 258 page document as part of its planned IPO.
They reveal all sorts of financial and technical details. They also incidate how the model S Sedan planned for 2012 will be the platform for three other vehicle lines. The model S will be the platform for an electric Van, Sedan and Cabriolet vehicle. Tesla plans to have a dealership in each of the 50 largest metropolitan markets in the world.
